With a view to guaranteeing equal opportunities within the company, Arredamenti Goti Srl has implemented a management system based on respect for gender equality in accordance with the UNI/PdR 125 Reference Practice. This initiative aims to support and enhance these principles, which the company considers vital factors for growth and success.
By gender equality, we mean a condition in which all individuals receive equal treatment, with equal access to resources and opportunities, regardless of their gender. It represents an environment free from gender-based discrimination, violence, or harassment of any kind.
The company's objective regarding gender equality is to create and maintain lasting conditions where everyone collaborating with us receives equal treatment and works in an environment characterized by respect and safety.
Reference standards
The UNI/PdR 125 Reference Practice is a guideline for gender equality management systems that requires the adoption of specific KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to gender equality policies within organizations.
This practice involves the measurement, reporting, and evaluation of gender-related data to bridge existing gaps, incorporate a new gender equality model into the organizational DNA, and produce sustainable, long-term change.
The standard identifies 6 distinct strategic areas:
1. Culture and strategy
2. Governance
3. Human resources management processes
4. Gender-neutral internal growth opportunities
5. Gender pay equity
6. Parental protection and work-life balance
The company has therefore defined policies, procedures, practices, and codes of conduct to ensure compliance with Gender Equality principles according to the standards mentioned above. Furthermore, the company has decided to submit its Management System to specific verification and certification/attestation by a third-party body.
